Availability for all Properties:

Arrival is from 4pm and  departure by 10am unless you have specifically requested otherwise.

For returning visitors  a 10% discount will apply. If booking more than one cottage a 10% discount will apply to the most expensive cottage. Only one discount per booking.


£25 for first dog in each cottage and £20 for each extra one. Please add this to your booking.


£10 per adult and £5 per child under 12 for the duration of your stay. If you wish to fish please add this to your booking.

If you wish to use this facility it will be £40 and we will provide you with a PIN.


Harvest Cottage is wheelchair accessible. It has a ramp to double doors to access the cottage and all doors within the cottage are wide enough for easy movement of wheelchairs. There are no doors within the kitchen, dining and sitting area. These areas are separated by a wide archway. The master bedroom is very spacious and has an en-suite wet room with grab rails, shower seat, raised toilet seat if required and panic alarm. The kitchen has eye level oven and grill. Parking is immediately outside the front of the cottage and the courtyards are hard surfaces. There is a ramp to the games room which has a wide door for wheelchair access and the area between Harvest Cottage and the Games room is concrete.

With the exception of Threshers Barn and The Granary, all the other cottages are on one level with 1 or 2 steps from the courtyard to the cottages. 

Threshers Barn has a double bedroom downstairs with en-suite shower room. The Granary double bedroom is upstairs.

Parking for all cottages except Harvest Cottage is across the courtyard in front of the shrubbery. Cars may be unloaded outside your cottage first before parking.

Terms and Conditions

A third of the price will be required to confirm booking, with the balance due a month prior to your stay. If booking within 6 weeks of your stay, balance will be required at time of booking.

Cancellations will have a £30 admin charge per cottage, and if we are able to rebook, deposit/balance will be refunded. We will re-advertise immediately but where we are not able to rebook a cottage, regrettably any money paid will not be refunded. It is advisable to have travel insurance.
If you need to self-isolate whilst you are staying, during Covid times, then you will need to pay the extra charges. If we are put into lockdown and holidays are forbidden by the Government then we will carry monies held over to a future date or refund all except our admin charge.

The owners will not be held liable for any loss or injury unless as a result of our own negligence.

If you have left anything behind when you leave we will seek postage prior to returning items to you. Any items not returned will be disposed of or given to charity.
