Situated next to the wildlife pond this cottage is on one level and very spacious. Bright and airy due to its dual aspect and with high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams.

The very large double bedroom has a super-king size bed but this may be separated out to form two single divans. If you would like this arrangement please request it. Duvet on bed and extra blankets available.The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and shaver point. Travel cot with extra thick mattress, chair bed and high chair available upon request.

The kitchen facilities include a full size cooker with separate oven and grill, and four ring ceramic hob. Fridge freezer, and microwave plus plenty of kitchen equipment. A washing machine is provided to compliment the tumble drier in the laundry room. Dining table and chairs in the kitchen. Cleaning materials provided.

Sitting area open plan with the kitchen. TV and CD/Radio. Books, games. and maps for walking are available in the Games room.

Patio table and chairs provided for use in the enclosed garden to the rear of the cottage or at the side by the wildlife pond, the choice is yours.

Year round heating, electric, linen and towels included in the tariff.
