All terms are per week and for the property as equipped and described. The usual time of access is 4pm and the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. The company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any belongings or injury to the holiday party during their stay at Bakers Mill Farm Holiday Cottages except to the extent that such is caused as a result of omission or duty of care under the owners liability. Cancellation If it is necessary to cancel your booking, you must phone or email the number/address shown on the booking confirmation letter as soon as possible. If you phone we will require written confirmation. On receipt of the written cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the property and if successful we will refund monies paid, less £30 to cover administration costs. If we are unable to re-let, any money paid will be forfeited.
